Small, Minority and Women-Owned Business Account - Video Lottery Terminal Fund (VLT)
VLT fund uses proceeds from Maryland’s casinos to assist small, minority, and women-owned businesses. Fifty percent must be located in targeted areas surrounding five Maryland casinos, while the remaining 50% is available throughout Maryland. Nine Fund Managers across the State oversee the distribution of VLT funds.
