The Service League continues its legacy of supporting Washington County youth through their Service League Fund, providing grants to programs and organizations that offer services to teens and children. Areas of Support Operating Support: Grants can request general operating support of the organization. Proposals should state how the mission of the nonprofit supports youth and how the grant will help to better fulfill that mission.Programming: Grant support for current programming should describe the impact of the program on youth and the desired outcomes to achieve.New Initiatives: Grant can help launch a new initiative or program of the organization. Proposals should describe how the initiative will be funded after the grant period ends. Training: Grants to improve the critical skills of staff in the organization can be requested. Training can include courses, certification, conferences, and on-site instruction.
