- Must have attended SLHS for at least two years
- Must have received at least one Varsity Letter
- Demonstrates leadership and positive team influence
- Eligible applicants include student-athletes and team managers from all athletic-related groups or teams
- Note: Students and their families do not need to be members of the SLHS Booster Club
