Schwartz Miller Scholarship Endowment
Purpose: Provides scholarships to high school students for whom the Birkie/Korte race entry fee is a challenge.
Background: Established in memory of Andy Schwartz, a long-time Birkie skier who died unexpectedly in August 2021. Andy expressed concern that rising race costs prevented some high school seniors from participating while managing other expenses like senior prom and college preparation.
