Sandy Mazur/Spherion Excellence in Leadership Scholarship This legacy scholarship has been created to recognize and honor the contribution of Sandy Mazur to Spherion and the Spherion franchise community by recognizing individuals pursuing a post-secondary education who best represent the qualities of excellence and passion during her distinguished career at Spherion. Annually, recipients will be chosen to receive financial assistance in achieving their goals of higher education. The selected recipients will reside in a county owned by a Spherion franchisee
