In most instances, grants are for capital outlays.

Ineligibility

The Foundation does not fund scholarships, operating budgets, duplication of services, organizations that attempt to influence legislation or intervene in any political campaign, or religious groups.We do not fund capital campaigns, religious organizations, the arts, or operating expenses which include salaries, supplies, gas and subscriptions.
