Royce Merit Bigelow Foundation Scholarship

Overview: A merit-based scholarship for new students at CT State Norwalk, available for spring semester only.

Geographic Scope: New CT State Norwalk students

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Minimum 2.8 GPA (or 2.0 for Path2Success)

  • Minimum 12 credits earned (at any CT State campus)

  • Enrollment in a minimum of 6 credits each semester

  • Enrollment in a degree or credit certificate program

  • Completed FAFSA/AACTUS for the current year OR Income Verification Form if not FAFSA/AACTUS eligible

  • Signed I-20 if International Student

  • Verifiable Fairfield County residency

  • Declared major at CT State Community College

  • No previous master's degree from a U.S. institution

    • General Scholarship Notes: Foundation scholarships should not be expected to cover the entire cost of tuition. Classes must be taken at the Norwalk campus.
