Overview

NOTE: Grant applications from qualifying organizations are reviewed on an as-needed basis. Rosendin Foundation Emergency Grant Emergency grant requests constitute unplanned/unbudgeted expenditures arising due to unforeseen circumstances (ie fire, tornado, flooding, pandemic, etc.). All financial grants are made to community-focused non-profit organizations located in the states where Rosendin and MPS currently conducts business. Grants are awarded in support of the Foundation’s current focus areas (emotional, occupational, and nutritional health) that align with our mission. Funding The Foundation reviews on an as-needed basis one-time emergency grant requests up to $5,000 to qualifying nonprofit organizations.

Eligibility

The Rosendin Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable corporation, mission is to positively impact communities, build and empower people, and inspire innovation, through financial grants and/or volunteer hours to 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations.Applicants must be in good standing with the IRS as a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit and in good standing with their state. The Rosendin Foundations supports programming nationally and in the following states around our office and project areas: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Idaho, Maryland, North Carolina, Nevada, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.

Ineligibility

In general, The Rosendin Foundation does not provide financial support for:Organizations that discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, ability/disability, age, status as a veteran, national origin or any other protected class; Political candidates, organizations, committees, or lobbying efforts; Activities, programs and/or capital expenditures affiliated with a religious organization; Scientific research; Projects for an individual school; Grants to subsidize participation (scholarships or loans) or re-granting programs; Reimbursement for purchases or activities that occur prior to grant decisions; For singular grant requests greater than $50,000; Multi-year or ongoing annual funding requests for an organization; To underwrite the costs of fundraising events, such as luncheons, dinners, golf tournaments, bowl-a-thons, charity runs, etc. Programming outside of Rosendin and MPS’ geographic and office locations Organizations not in good standing with the IRS and Secretary of State’s office of the state where the nonprofit provides services and seeks funding.
