Whistleblowers Our purpose is to reward whistleblowers who have already exposed wrongdoings to advance social, economic, and environmental justice. We want to reward persons who by their actions hold institutions and leaders accountable. If we are contacted by persons who have knowledge of wrongdoing in their workplace and are considering sharing their knowledge with lawmakers, regulators, watchdog organizations, attorneys, or the media we will urge them to contact whistleblower organizations. Government Accountability ProjectProject on Government OversightWhistleblower Justice NetworkWhistleblower Aid Anyone contacting us will be kept anonymous. We will provide organization and contacts, but the persons seeking whistleblower assistance must make the contact to our references or other organizations. We will assist the contact with getting in touch with the above organizations. ln addition, the Foundation supports whistleblower organizations. Whistleblowers who are working with whistleblower organizations may solicit the Foundation to give grants to the whistleblower organization to assist the organization in pursuit of its assistance to the whistleblower.Eligibility

In other words, persons who are already represented by whistleblower protection organizations.Who is a whistleblower?Someone who speaks the truth to prevent harm to others or to an organizationSomeone who has been told to stop telling the truth.Someone who has lost his/her job either by forced resignation or termination due to the truth-telling.How to qualify for a whistleblower grant.Grant us interviews.Reveal to us what you can say publicly about your truth-telling.Disclose to us whether you have signed a non-disclosure agreementIf represented by counsel, give us the name of your counsel with permission to contact.Requirements for a whistleblower grant.Make one public appearance at the Foundation’s expense.Allow us to tell your story on our website and our social media pages.Let us publicize the truth-telling that was the cause of your termination.Ineligibility
