Award Amount: Up to $2,000

Geographic Scope: South Bay area (CA, US)

Focus Areas: Honors graduating high school seniors who have demonstrated academic excellence and community service

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduating high school seniors

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale

  • Minimum 40 hours of community service

  • Participation in South Bay F.O.R. organization and/or local community service
  • Required Materials:

  • Comprehensive application

  • High school transcript (grades 9-12, 1st semester)

  • Permission to Use Image Form (signed by parent(s) if under 18 years of age)

  • Interview participation with the F.O.R. Scholarship Committee
