Richard J. Weyhrich Leadership Scholarship This scholarship was created in memory of the leadership and generosity of Richard John Weyhrich. A graduate of West Point, Richard received a commission in the U.S. Army, embarking on a lifetime leadership path. The purpose of the fund is to award educational scholarships to young people demonstrating leadership potential.
