Overview
Program Status: Zero-interest emergency loan program (COVID-19 relief, launched April 1, 2020)
Geographic Scope: Tulsa, Oklahoma
In partnership with Tulsa Economic Development Corporation (TEDC), the City of Tulsa dedicated $1.1 million in funds for zero-interest loans to provide financial assistance to small business owners and entrepreneurs affected by COVID-19.
Eligibility Requirements:

- 2019 revenues did not exceed $5,000,000
- Must be a small business or entrepreneur in Tulsa

- Acceptable Uses: Payroll, insurance premiums, bridge loans, and other business expenses
