Residential Services Innovation Teams
A 2023 initiative to improve climate and culture of DJS faciities from within. Innovation Teams have a multi-layered organizational structure, including staff and youth from each facility. With guidance from youth, families, staff and external partners, teams analyze, inform, and influence policy, practice, and culture, and champion creativity throughout the change process.
