Award Details

The award recipient will be invited to present their submission at the Noah Worcester Dermatological Society Annual Meeting.

Financial Support:

  • $1,000 stipend to cover transportation and travel expenses to and from the meeting

  • Complimentary meeting registration

  • Admission to all lectures

  • Invitations to all scheduled Noah social events and dinners

  • Standard hotel room for the duration of the conference

  • Invitation to the 2026 Cocktails with Noah event at the AAD Meeting in Denver, CO

    Date: April 22-26, 2026
    Location: JW Marriott Hill Country, San Antonio, TX

    The educational program covers all areas of dermatology, including medical dermatology, surgical, pediatric, cosmetic dermatology, and dermatopathology. The program is primarily presented by society members and invited lecturers. The lively discussions in the small group setting provide an opportunity to learn from leaders in the field. Cultural, sport, and social activities allow full immersion in the Noah 'family'.

    Eligibility Requirements

    Individuals must be either:

  • In their third year of dermatology residency (PGY4), OR

  • Post-dermatology residency fellow in an accredited dermatology program in the United States or Canada
  • Award Criteria & Requirements

    Presentation Format:

  • 10-minute presentation followed by 5-minute Q&A session

  • Topics can span medical dermatology, surgical, pediatric, cosmetic dermatology, or dermatopathology

  • Original research is welcome but not mandatory
  • Presentation Topics Should:

  • Be entertaining and clinically relevant

  • Present new diagnostic or therapeutic pearls, tips, or tricks

  • Fill identifiable gaps in dermatologic care

  • Examples include: new ways of thinking about disease/treatment, novel departmental approaches, legislative achievements, new approaches to teledermatology
  • Mandatory Participation:

  • Applicants must attend the entire 5-day meeting

  • Upon completion, participants must complete an evaluation and provide feedback on their experience

  • Applicant will be interviewed for an article to be published on the society website

    Applicants must submit the following materials through the online application form by October 17, 2025:

    1. Video Presentation (2-3 minutes)
    - Recording of the opening of the presentation
    - Must be submitted with PowerPoint slides

    2. PowerPoint Slides
    - Slides to be used during the 10-minute presentation

    3. Curriculum Vitae or Publication List
    - CV / Curriculum Vitae, OR
    - Peer-reviewed publications

    4. Letter of Recommendation
    - From your program director

    5. Conflict of Interest Disclosure
    - Required as part of application
