Ren H. Rice Scholarship The scholarship supports students from Spokane County. Applicants must submit proof of their status as described above. Applicants with physical disabilities must provide a doctor’s report describing the disability and the limitation to their ability to work. Applicants must be graduating high school seniors or graduates age 21 or younger and must be accepted or enrolled at an accredited post-high program in Washington State. Recipients may re-apply in subsequent years, regardless of age.
