Eligibility:

  • REALTOR members of Daytona Beach REALTORS®

  • Must be nominated by fellow REALTOR® or Business Partner
  • Selection Criteria:

  • Faithfulness to principles of organized real estate

  • Compliance with laws and regulations of local association

  • Adherence to Code of Ethics

  • Efforts to encourage good real estate practices among other real estate brokers

  • Civic Affairs Activity

  • Local Association Activity

  • Business Accomplishments

  • State and National Association Activity (considered but not essential)
  • Award Details:

  • Award Winner receives reimbursement of up to $1,000 to attend the annual convention of the Florida Association of REALTORS
  • Qualification Period: October 1st, 2025 to September 30th, 2026
