REALTOR® Issues Action Committee (RIAC)

The Governmental Affairs Department assists local boards and associations in utilizing grants and resources provided through GAR and NAR. RIAC funds support pro-REALTOR® initiatives and community involvement.

Geographic Scope: Georgia (local boards and associations)

Focus Areas:

• RPAC fundraising support
• Issues-based initiatives
• Candidate and political forums
• Land use initiatives
• Local issue support or opposition

Eligibility: Local REALTOR® boards and associations in Georgia

Committee: Ultimate approval for the disbursement of funds is determined by the committee members of RIAC.

Application Process

1. Complete the appropriate RIAC request form based on funding needs:
   • RIAC Request Form for RPAC Fundraising Support (Word doc)
   • RIAC Request Form for PAF Fundraising Support (Word doc)
   • RIAC Request Form for Issues (Word doc)
   • RIAC Candidate and Political Forum Request Form (Word doc)
2. Include all required signatures
3. Submit the completed form to the Governmental Affairs Department via email
4. Ultimate approval is determined by RIAC committee members
