Established in 2003, Qlarant Foundation is the mission arm of Qlarant, a company with over 50 years’ experience in improving program integrity and quality. Qlarant Foundation executes its mission statement to “Improve the Health of Individuals and Communities” by providing grant funding to qualified 501(c)(3) organizations whose projects, operations and/or clinical programs produce high-impact results on health outcomes. Grant funding is prioritized on a project’s potential impact on healthcare improvements and access for individuals and communities, particularly the uninsured and underserved population. Award Size and Duration Grants are for a 12-month period – from July 1 through June 30Grants may be up to $50,000

Qlarant Foundation will not fund:Organizations seeking funding for reimbursable direct patient careOrganizations seeking funding for capital projects (construction/remodeling of facilities)Organizations seeking funding for lobbying or any type of political campaignOrganizations seeking funding for fundraising activities
