QCES Foundation Tuition Assistance Program

Program Details

The QCES Foundation offers tuition assistance to support families seeking a Catholic education. Awards are based on demonstrated financial need as determined through the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. This process ensures impartial review while protecting family privacy.

Target Eligibility: Families whose household income falls within 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines are especially encouraged to apply.

Key Deadlines

  • Returning Families: February 6 – April 10, 2026 (applications open; all required documentation must be submitted by April 10)
  • New Families: February 6 and ongoing (as long as funds remain available)
  • Award Notifications: End of May 2026

Application Fee

A $40 non-refundable application fee per family is required and paid directly to FACTS.

    The QCES Foundation has awarded $1 million+ since 2012 and supported 2,000+ students since 2012. In 2024-25, the Foundation awarded $130,000 in assistance. Approximately 11% of K-8 students received assistance in the prior year.

    How to Apply for Tuition Assistance

    1. Complete the online FACTS application for the school where your child(ren) will enroll. Links to each school's application are located on the financial aid page:
    - Blessed Sacrament Financial Aid Application
    - Saint Dominic Financial Aid Application
    - St. Francis Solanus Financial Aid Application
    - St. Peter Financial Aid Application

    2. Upload all required documentation within the FACTS system. Note: Paper applications are not accepted.

    3. Submit your application by the appropriate deadline:
    - Returning families: April 10, 2026
    - New families: Ongoing (as long as funds remain available)

    Required Documentation

    Depending on your financial situation, FACTS may require some or all of the following documents:

    • A copy of your most recent IRS Federal Form 1040, 1040A, or 1040-EZ
    • W-2 Wage and Tax Statements for both applicant and co-applicant
    • If applicant and co-applicant file separately, both tax returns for the same year are required
    • If you are applying before receiving your W-2 forms, contact the QCES Foundation office at (217) 779-3157
