• Personal connection to pancreatic cancer: You have lost an immediate family member (parent or guardian) to pancreatic cancer, OR you, or a parent, guardian, grandparent, or immediate family member has survived or is currently fighting pancreatic cancer
• Academic status: High school senior accepted into an accredited college, university or vocational school, OR already enrolled in one of these schools
• GPA: 3.0 or higher
