Production Engineering and Manufacturing Center (PEMC) Grants

The Production Engineering and Manufacturing Center (PEMC) Grants, funded by Toyota, aim to enhance community well-being and inclusivity. The program supports qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofits, public schools, and state or municipal organizations addressing urgent societal challenges. Toyota prioritizes STEM education and workforce readiness, engaging employees as volunteers to amplify their impact. Note that certain organizations, including those not recognized as nonprofits, are ineligible. Grants focus on sustainable, long-term development for under-resourced communities.

What We Fund
Please note that Toyota entities based in Plano, Texas (Toyota Motor North America, Toyota Financial Services and Toyota USA Foundation) as well as Production Engineering and Manufacturing Center (PEMC) have moved to an invite-only grant application process.

Eligibility

Applicants must be:Qualified Section 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizationState or municipal organizationsPublic schools

Ineligibility

Toyota does not make grants to the following types of organizations:Those not recognized as Section 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations by the Internal Revenue ServiceThose that do not comply with Toyota’s Non-Discrimination PolicyThose that serve only their own memberships, such as fraternal organizations, labor organizations or religious groupsAthletic/sports teams and political parties or candidatesPublications, lobbying activities, advertising, capital campaigns or endowmentsToyota does not award grants to organizations outside the United States.
