What is Covered
Qualified participants receive 12 months of:Note: After 12 months, there may be a low monthly cost to continue treatment.
Geographic Scope
Fairfield County, Connecticut (greater Norwalk area)- Age: 18-50 years old
- Insurance Status: Currently uninsured or underinsured
- Income: Make less than 250% of the federal poverty limit
- Risk Profile: Member of a group with elevated risk of HIV exposure, including: - Men who have sex with men - Gay, bisexual, queer, and transgender people - Intravenous drug users - Women of color
- No government-issued ID required (helpful to bring photo ID like passport)
- Limited availability for those who qualify for free services
