While medical teams work to ensure safe discharge, families often face ongoing therapies, equipment needs, medications, and financial pressures they never anticipated. This fund bridges the gap for needs that fall outside traditional insurance coverage.

What the Fund Supports

Grants are designed to address essential, non-covered, or underfunded needs related to a child's premature birth, including:

• Specialized therapies and follow-up care
• Adaptive or medical equipment
• Transportation to frequent appointments
• Specialized formula, medications, and treatments
• Mental health and family support services

Grant Details

• Grant Amount: Up to $2,500 per family
• Award Timing: Grants are reviewed and awarded on a rolling basis, as funds allow
• Eligibility: Colorado families with premature infants or children from birth to age three
