Application Requirements
Students must submit the following by 11:59 PM on January 15, 2026:
1. Personal information cover sheet
2. Unofficial graduate transcript
3. Typewritten statement (two-page limit) specifically addressing these four areas:
- a) Financial need
- b) Academic performance
- c) Potential for service to the field
- d) Community service and involvement
4. Curriculum vitae or resume
5. Letter of support from major advisor or program chair outlining:
- Applicant's potential for accomplishment
- Documentation of their need
Application Process
Applicants should prepare a statement (two pages, typewritten) that addresses the four criteria above and should note circumstances that may have presented a challenge to pursuing their graduate education.
