Application Process

Submission Method: Online form at pittcon.org/expo-2/excellence-awards-submission/

Required Information:

1. Company/Applicant Information:
- Company name
- Company phone
- Website
- Company address (street, city, state, ZIP, country)
- Applicant name (first, last)
- Job title
- Applicant phone
- Applicant email
- Will applicant be attending the event? (Yes/No)
- Total sales per year (category for entry): Select range < $10M, $10M-$100M, or > $100M
- Has organization previously exhibited at Pittcon? (Yes/No)

2. Finalist Announcement Option:
- Standard Date (February 21) - public disclosure in advance
- Embargo Date (February 28) - confidential until announcement

3. Entry Details:
- Title of entry (as it would appear on award)
- Product introduction date (DD/MM/YYYY)
- How many have been sold?
- What market segments have seen the greatest uptake?
- What has been the initial customer reaction?
- Selling price of product (optional)

4. Project Summary: (required)
- Brief product synopsis (no more than 100 words)
- Technical specifications (suggested retail price, height, weight, pertinent certifications)
- Product launch date
- Industry or sector details
- Project team members including project lead

5. Benefits Impact: (required)
- Why does this innovation deserve an Excellence Award and how will it impact the world?
- Why should this product be considered a true innovation and not just an incremental improvement?

6. Supporting Materials: (optional but recommended)
- Provide links to relevant images, videos, or documents
- Supporting materials may increase chances of winning
- Materials should emphasize product impact and provide specific examples of success

7. Self-Reported Sales Numbers:
- Required to determine category for entry
- Exact number not required; reasonable budget range acceptable
- Will not be publicized
