Cumberland Community Foundation ("CCF") manages more than 60 scholarship endowment funds created by local individuals, families, civic organizations, and corporations who want to provide a path to higher education for future generations. Each year, Cumberland Community Foundation announces more than $1,000,000 in college scholarships to students from southeastern North Carolina. Paul & Frances Monroe Music Scholarship Award Rising sophomore, junior, or senior; Graduated from a high school in Cumberland, Richmond, Robeson, or Scotland County.

Eligibility

Minimum cumulative GPA in college of 2.5 and minimum GPA in voice major of 3.0 or higher.Recommendation from Music Department of college/university.Renewable if conditions are met - progress toward Voice major/degree; continued full time enrollment with a min. GPA of 2.5 or higher.For Not-for- Profit University or College only.Must be majoring in Voice.
