Patient Assistance Fund

Overview: IBCAT provides limited financial assistance to Hoosiers struggling with financial hardships while undergoing active treatment for breast cancer. Assistance is provided in the form of egiftcards for grocery and/or gas purchases.
- Residency: Be a resident of Indiana
- Income: Household income at or below 350% of the Federal Poverty Level
- Health Status: Living with breast cancer
- Treatment Status: Currently in active treatment for breast cancer
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for this assistance program, applicants must meet ALL of the following:- Chemotherapy
- Immunotherapy
- Radiation therapy
- Breast reconstruction surgery recovery
Eligible Active Treatment Types
- Anti-estrogen treatment
- Aromatase inhibitor treatment
Non-Eligible Treatments
- Award Amount: Up to $150 total (in egiftcard form)
- Use: For grocery and/or gas purchases only
- Distribution: Egiftcard format
