Mission Our mission of the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Inc. (CBCF) is to advance the global Black community by developing leaders, informing policy, and educating the public. Pathways to the C-Suite Internship Spring 2026 CBCF Pathways to C-Suite Internship Program The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Incorporated (CBCF) Pathways to the C-Suite Internship Program partners recently graduated students with some of the nation’s top executives in the private sector to experience how public policy is influenced and developed at every level. This program will take place in person from January 10 , 2026 to May 1, 2026. Interns will receive housing, and a $4000 stipend (paid biweekly in increments of $500). Interns will be placed in various congressional offices, committees, and subcommittees. This program is offered during the fall and spring semesters. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, should be a recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree, no more than 2 years removed by the internship program start date, have a permit to work in the U.S. and have a demonstrated interest in public service, governance, and the policy-making process.
