Partnership Program Funding Grant

Geographic Scope: Cumberland County, North Carolina

Focus Areas: These grants support ongoing programs that align with UWCC's community impact focus areas:

• Education - Programs that strengthen Cumberland County resident's ability to succeed
• Health - Programs that provide access to health care and wellness education
• Critical Basic Needs & Financial Stability - Programs that provide access to emergency food, rental, utility, and medical financial assistance, safe shelter, as well as programs that support employment preparation and financial self-sufficiency

Eligibility Requirements

Organizations must meet ALL of the following criteria:

1. Have 501(c)(3) status
2. Have at least a two-year history of service in Cumberland County
3. Have a staffed office located in Cumberland County and provide services to Cumberland County residents at least 20 hours per week
4. Have an active diversified volunteer governing board of directors with at least nine members
5. Align with one of UWCC's Community Impact Areas (Education, Health, or Critical Basic Needs & Financial Stability)
6. Attend the Required Request for Funding Proposal Workshop (mandatory)
