Prioritizing health needs of children in Southwest Missouri
Our purpose at OHAF is to provide much-needed monetary support to 501(c)(3) organizations that address critical health needs in the following counties in Southwest Missouri.
Our goal is to support nonprofit agencies that work tirelessly to address children’s critical physical, mental, and dental health needs in the Ozarks area. No child should have to suffer from chronic illness, injury, or life-threatening and debilitating health conditions solely due to a lack of funds. With optimum health as the goal, we provide the means through grantmaking with the provision of funds that will make healthcare possible.

The Summer Cycle
Concept letters for grants to be awarded in July are due the last working day in March.
The Winter Cycle
Concept letters for grants to be awarded in February are due the last working day in September.

Eligibility

Organizations must have a current 501 (c)(3) Public Charity
Status from the Internal Revenue Service.Organizations must have a presence in one of the following
counties in southwest Missouri: Barry, Barton, Cedar, Christian, Dade, Dallas,
Greene, Hickory, Jasper, LaClede, Lawrence, McDonald, Newton, Polk, St. Clair, Stone, Taney, Webster, and Wright.Organizations must not have any delinquent final reports
from previous grants.
