Award Amount: $300 honorarium
Geographic Scope: Florida
Purpose: The Outstanding CI Award honors a Clinical Instructor (CI) who has demonstrated a consistent, exemplary commitment to education.
- Must be a member of the FPTA
- Must be a credentialed clinical instructor
- Open to nomination by: - A Student Clinical Coordinator (SCCE) - A Director of Clinical Education (DCE) - PT/PTA Student
Eligibility Requirements
- Recipients receive: - $300 honorarium - Plaque - Recognition presented at the FPTA Annual Conference and Assembly of Representatives
Award Details
- Students: Submit nominations to their DCE by May 15
- All Others (SCCE, DCE): Submit by June 30
