Ottauquechee Health Foundation Community Grants

The Ottauquechee Health Foundation Community Grants aim to enhance health and well-being for residents in core towns through financial assistance and support. Grant applications are accepted on a rolling basis, focusing on mental health, food insecurity, and community care. Organizations eligible for funding include nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status or public entities. By addressing wellness needs, these grants foster partnerships that improve healthcare access and promote lasting community health.

Community grants are accepted on a rolling basis and help area organizations address health and wellness needs that they may not otherwise have the funding to support. Community grants applications will be reviewed on a case-to-case basis by the Grants Committee.

Eligibility

Community grants are made to nonprofit organizations with current tax-exempt status under section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code or a public entity. Community grants may also be made to organizations with a fiscal sponsor which maintains tax-exempt status.
