- Match Required: 50% match if a) all high level PACIF Loss Control recommendations addressed and b) at least 50% of recommendations addressed from Loss Control visits that occurred between January 1 two years prior and the date an application is received.60% match if less than 50% high level PACIF Loss Control recommendations addressed.
