Provides start-up funding for resident-driven groups looking to implement the Community Heart & Soul model in communities with populations under 30,000. The model is a process that engages the entire population of a community in identifying what they love most about their community, what future they want for it, and how to achieve it. Eligible uses of funds include coaching, project coordination, and project-related expenses.
