Eligibility & Requirements
- All requests must be submitted in writing using the grant application form
- Applications must specifically state how the grant money will be spent and how it will specifically help the youth of the community
- Requests are submitted to the most recent Oshkosh Mid-Morning Kiwanis past president, who solicits input from "Past Presidents" before Foundation Board review
- The Foundation Board may request applicants to attend a club meeting and make a presentation on project details and merits prior to awarding
- Approval requires a majority affirmation by the Board
- Guidelines may be waived at the sole discretion of the Foundation Board

3. Include in your application:
