    Eligibility & Requirements

  • All projects must fit the mission of the club, which is focused specifically on helping the youth of the community
  • All grant requests must be for a specific, well-defined project (not general organizational funding)
  • Applications must include a realistic estimate of total project cost and the amount of grant dollars being requested
  • Individual grants are welcome, but the Foundation prioritizes projects that will create an impact for as many youth as possible
  • Awarded grantees must agree to report back to the club with results of the project

    Application Process

  • All requests must be submitted in writing using the grant application form
  • Applications must specifically state how the grant money will be spent and how it will specifically help the youth of the community
  • Requests are submitted to the most recent Oshkosh Mid-Morning Kiwanis past president, who solicits input from "Past Presidents" before Foundation Board review
  • The Foundation Board may request applicants to attend a club meeting and make a presentation on project details and merits prior to awarding
  • Approval requires a majority affirmation by the Board
  • Guidelines may be waived at the sole discretion of the Foundation Board

3. Include in your application:

4. Submit to the most recent Oshkosh Mid-Morning Kiwanis past president

6. Foundation Board Review - Requests are reviewed by the Foundation Board; approval requires majority affirmation
