Overview: Scholarships available to Alta Housing residents with financial support to invest in their future through higher education.
Background: The Opportunity Fund was created in honor of PAH Board Member, Jean Dawes who has been an advocate for affordable housing and the pursuit of higher education for over 40 years. After serving on the PAH Board for over 30 years, Jean stepped down in May 2019 to chair the Alta Housing Advisory Council.
- Age: Must be 22 years or older
- Residency: Must have lived in Alta Housing communities for at least one year
- Academic Status: Must be enrolled or planning to take certificate degree or college level classes (community college or four-year institution)
