Part C – About You

7. Next five steps to launch your business (if selected) 8. What you hope to gain by being a tenant in the Opportunity Café 9. Areas of business/operations where you need the most learning or improvement

Part D – Team/Support Network

10. Summary of roles and expertise from others who will help your business succeed (include names, roles, and areas of expertise)
