Funding Focus Areas:

First camper grants ($1,000 and $1,500 need-blind grants for first three years at camp)

Middle-income access grants for families earning up to $250,000/year

Need-based scholarships

Camp recruitment grants

Eligibility:

Families in Orange County, California

New and returning campers

All income levels (need-blind for first three summers)

Families earning $250,000 or less per year remain eligible indefinitely

What They Fund:

Camper tuition assistance

Camp attendance fees

Marketing support for individual camps to boost recruitment

Program Scale: FJC and partners have provided over 125,000 One Happy Camper® grants to help camps attract new campers and increase enrollment
