Water Supply Revolving Loan Account Call for Project Nominations for Program Year 2027 The Division of Environmental and Financial Assistance (DEFA) is pleased to announce the WSRLA Program Year 2027 call for nominations and invite you to submit projects for financial assistance. In addition to low interest loan financing and discounts, we anticipate offering principal forgiveness funds for program priorities. Principal forgiveness refers to the portion of a loan that does not require repayment. Principal forgiveness awards are contingent upon receipt of grants allocated through the federal budgeting process.
