We are now accepting applications for our Administrative fellowship! Our program is designed to help develop and guide top graduate students into identifying their true potential in healthcare leadership. This well-established training program has been tailored to meet the learning needs of each fellow to provide a rich and successful experience.

Eligibility

EducationMaster's degree in healthcare/business administration, public health or health services administration or another healthcare related field.Work ExperienceExperience in hospital operations or an administrative internship. Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs) Basic knowledge of hospital operations.Ability to define project objectives, identify stakeholders, plan steps, and allocate resources to achieve objectives in a resourceful manner.Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals.Proficiency in Microsoft Office — Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent analytical skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Strong presentation skills.Excellent leadership skills and ability to demonstrate good judgement.Basic project management skills.Job Duties Executes projects and initiatives.Engages in professional and career development.Communicates with and presents plans/projects to team members.Collaborates with company executives and key stakeholders.Performs other related duties as required.The above statements describe the general nature and level of work only.
