Oakmont Community Foundation Grants

The Oakmont Community Foundation Grants, established in 2007, support educational and charitable initiatives within Oakmont. Governed by an all-volunteer board, the foundation has awarded over $400,000 to local organizations. With expanded eligibility in 2024, any Oakmont resident can propose projects that benefit the community. Whether for events or resources, the foundation encourages creative ideas to enhance the lives of its residents. For assistance, applicants can download the grant request form from the website.

More than $400,000 has been awarded to Oakmont clubs and organizations. The $118,000 donation represented 419 separate Oakmont donors who gave to fire relief. Under new 2024 guideline expansions, grant requests are open to any resident of Oakmont with an idea and plan for an event or program that provides educational and/or charitable benefits to Oakmont residents.
For a grant request to be considered, the OCF Board of Directors requires specific information from a requesting group, such as your timeline, budget and how you would determine success. The Grant Request Application (GRA) provides the requestor the opportunity to provide all the needed details.
You may also pick up an application in the OVA office.
