O.L. Halsell Foundation The O.L. Halsell Foundation was created by Oliver Linden Halsell in 1948. Oliver was known for his strong work ethic and he admired people who were willing to better themselves. The Foundation is committed to assisting OC community-based groups and programs that promote social change. Our funding is limited to this geographical boundary so we can remain involved with the non-profit agencies we help support. We believe that by assisting people to take greater responsibility for their own well-being and for the communities in which they live, we can create a better future. Grant Guidelines The O.L. Halsell Foundation annually makes grants to nonprofit, charitable organizations in support of their efforts to improve the quality of life in Orange County communities. Funding is directed towards programs that the Trustees determine best reflect the Foundation’s philosophy.

Eligibility
