NSHC Scholarships

Program Type: Educational scholarships and internships for higher education

Eligibility:

  • Pursuing higher education

  • Priority: Tribal Members from the Bering Strait Region

  • Priority: Students who commit to returning to the region and possible employment with NSHC

  • Priority: Students pursuing medical fields (physicians, nursing, pharmacy, physician assistants)

  • NSHC may fund students pursuing non-medical related degrees if the degree furthers the vision and mission of the organization
  • Purpose: Financial aid to assist students toward their education goals

    Geographic Scope: Bering Strait Region; priority for Tribal Members
