The Nebraska Presbyterian Foundation offers Human Services Grants to organizations in Lancaster and Platte Counties, Nebraska. HUMAN SERVICES ORGANIZATION IN LANCASTER & PLATTE COUNTIES
Human services organizations in Lancaster and Platte Counties in Nebraska who work to meet the needs of vulnerable populations, with a preference for services for older adults, and whose programs create pathways toward greater self-sufficiency and empowerment may apply for grants for the support and benefit of programs and projects which strengthen their mission and community.
The grant application process is managed through our grant portal. To begin, complete the Letter of Intent (LOI) in the portal, which provides a high-level overview of your project and requested funding amount. If your LOI aligns with our grant criteria, you’ll be invited to submit a full grant application detailing your project, including financial reporting. After submission, a site visit may be scheduled to address additional questions. Our Board of Directors reviews applications at their meetings in April and October.
