Eligibility Requirements

Academic Requirements:

  • Maintain an unweighted 3.25 GPA or higher

  • Current high school junior OR high school senior planning to attend college/university in Fall (of application year)
  • Membership Requirements:

  • Must be a member of a Rotary Interact Club, OR

  • Must be a current Rotary Youth Leadership Awardee (RYLA)
  • Program Requirements:

  • Demonstrate desire and interest to learn about ethics in their field of study

  • Interest in learning about Rotary District 5130 and Rotary International work
  • Geographic Requirement:

  • Must be attending/have attended high school in eligible counties: Sonoma, Humboldt, Napa, Lake, Del Norte, or Mendocino
