Mission The Nordson Corporation Foundation is dedicated to improving the quality of life in our communities by supporting educational programs and initiatives that enable individuals to become self-sufficient, thriving, active participants in the community. Nordson Foundation Goals The goals of the Nordson Corporation Foundation are to insure that: All children have access to and receive quality educational experiences from early childhood All individuals have the opportunity to be self-sufficient members of society There is a continuum of quality educational opportunities Our communities are strengthened by the organizations we fund whether their focus is education, human welfare, civic or arts and culture Funding Allocation The Foundation board of directors determines how funds are allocated based on online grant applications submitted by the applicants. Note that currently funding applications are accepted by invitation only, supporting Nordson’s goal of building strong relationships, supporting employee engagement, and maximizing impact with existing community partners.
