Noncustodial Parent Employment Program (NCPEP)

Mission: "Second Chances" - Designed to turn obstacles into opportunities by providing specific tools to help noncustodial parents get back into the workforce and rebuild family relationships.
Target Population:
- Child support debt
- Suspended driver's licenses
- Legal hurdles related to child support obligations
Program Philosophy: Shifts focus from "penalization" to "empowerment" by addressing the root cause of child support issues (joblessness) rather than only addressing debt.

- Resume writing assistance
- Specialized interview training
Professional Development:
- Guidance on child support issues
- Assistance with driver's license reinstatement fees
- Help navigating child support order modifications (where available)

- Coverage for job-related expenses (tools, uniforms, safety equipment)
- Support for job retention to ensure sustained employment
Financial Assistance:
- Scholarships for vocational training in high-growth local fields
- Focus areas: healthcare, construction, logistics
- Ladder-up programs to move out of low-wage cycles
