Non-Agricultural Nonpoint Source Planning and MS4 Mapping Grant (NY) Program Description The Non-Agricultural Nonpoint Source Planning and MS4 Mapping Grant (NPG) is a competitive, reimbursement grant program that funds planning reports for nonpoint source water quality improvement projects and mapping of Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4s). The program aims to prepare nonpoint source projects for construction and application for implementation funding, and to encourage and support cooperation among regulated MS4s to complete mapping of their stormwater system. Funding Nonpoint Source Planning - Grants of up to $50,000 are available to finance services to produce project planning reports, as outlined in each category. Grants of up to $75,000 are available for comprehensive stream corridor studies. There is no minimum award amount. Applicants are limited to a maximum of five applications per round.MS4 Mapping - For MS4 Operators applying as a collaborative, grants of up to a $400,000 per MS4 collaborative are available. For MS4 Operators that must apply alone, there is a maximum grant award of $75,000. There is no minimum award amount. Applicants are limited to one application per round.
