A career-connected learning collaborative powered by YouthForce NOLA, funded by the Department of Labor's largest federal investment in Registered Apprenticeships totaling more than $244 million nationally.

Program Goals

• Create nearly 500 apprenticeships in New Orleans
• Reach approximately 1,700 total participants (combining pre-apprenticeship and registered apprenticeship)
• Lift hundreds of New Orleanians each year into high-wage career paths
• Meet local employers' talent needs with a skilled workforce trained in New Orleans
