Purpose of Funding To provide funds to states for the construction, renovation, operation, and maintenance of pumpout stations and dump stations and for educational programs that inform boaters of the importance of proper disposal of their sewage. Funding Pumpout construction/renovation Estimates exceeding $20,000 must be approved by the New Jersey Clean Vessel Program Steering committee.Operation & Maintenance Program Marina reimbursement for eligible costs not to exceed $3,500.
